Connection hose did not fit – apparently a frequent problem – had to go back to the store for a replacement. Also now told the cart will be out of stock for 3 weeks so don’t even have that. Badly aligned ignition doesn’t work on one of the burners – suggests poor quality control during production. Brand new BBQ and not even offered a replacement – waiting for a service call. Very disappointing so far.
