Just bought this little beauty, got ready for the best steak in years … . .. ..! OOPS! The opening line in the Weber Manual, page 2, “your baby Q(TM) has been designed to cook magnificent steaks.” It then goes on to tell you almost nothing about cooking “the magnificent steak!” The idea of barbequing, then roasting (page 26), sounds magnificent but not a word is said about the process. Whilst the recipes look gorgeous, the cooking techniques are left wanting in detail for the aspiring “WeberChef” . . . ! The bottom half of almost every recipe page is blank – surely there is room for some assistance with the cooking of these great recipes? Need I Kneel?
