This grill mat really does work exactly as the product description says it will–NO STICKING and easy cleanup! I put oiled and seasoned fish fillets on it, grill as usual, and both flipping and removal are a cinch! I soak the mat during dinner, then pop it into the dishwasher and it comes out clean. I only wish it were slightly larger. I have tried silicone grill mats in the past that only sort of worked–this is the real deal. Highly recommended!amazon.com
