I am a big fan of Williams-Sonoma and regularly order products because of the high quality and service. So, I was very disappointed with the Emile Henry Pizza Stone. I took it out of the box and gently placed it on the counter when it broke in half. I contacted Williams-Sonoma and they asked if I wanted to replace it. I declined because it seemed too fragile.
